Nine years later, the award win- ning show is finally to arrive in the heart of the town, on Laurence Street. The Drogheda Motor Show, Brand New Drive 192 event will run from 10am un- til 5pm on Saturday 15 th June on Laurence Street, Drogheda. All 10 local franchised motor dealerships have partnered up with the Laurence Street Businesses and Trad- ers to bring a special motoring event to the general public. There will be over 60 new cars on display from 14 motor brands. ‘Music At The Gate’ will be joining the party too from 12 noon until 5pm. The theme of the event this year is road safety and responsible driving so the deal- ers will focus on sharing information with the public about the sophisticated safety aspects of their shiny new cars for this one-day-only event. Prospective car buy- ers are invited to get down to the show where they can expect lots of colour, mu- sic and fun for all the family to enjoy. A n Enrolment Evening will be held on Wednesday, 5 th June at 7.30 pm in Scoil an Spio- raid Naoimh. All parents/guard- ians of children who are enroll- ing in our school in September 2019 should attend. The 3 rd class book list and uniform list will be provided on the evening. Please note this evening is for adults only. Book and Uniform Day - Friday, 7 th June (1pm to 3.30pm) There will be a Uniform and Book Day at Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh on Friday, 7 th June, from 1pm until 3.30pm. This is a good opportunity to purchase both the required books and uniforms from our suppliers at the same time. Band Performance in school We are super proud of our school band and we were so thrilled to have them per- form for the whole school community. Our girls team victorious! Our girls team had a wonderful match against Donore and came out the vic- tors. They are now in a semi-final against St Mary’s Parish school – we wish them every success! Sponsored Walk – 24 th May Our annual Sponsored Walk on the beach was a great success with the whole school community including Parents stepping it out to the wall.
