We the volunteers in the club pride our-selves on the fact that we try our utmost to ensure the clubbers really enjoy them-selves every time they attend the club and we bring adventure into the club. Not only do we provide an opportunity for everyone to get involved in any activ-ity that’s organised each and every club night whether it be the Football, Table Tennis, Basketball, Tug O War, Badmin-ton, Foosball, Queenie IO (Remember that one – Now you’re showing your age) Pool, Snooker, Dancing, Arts & Crafts, Bean Bag Fights (eh; now we don’t actu-ally organise that particular event) but we have organised in the past other occasions such as Pizza nights, Movie nights, Dance nights, Theme nights etc, etc, the list goes onWell just because the club is closed this month for the summer alas have no fear, for there’s a day out of adventure in store for the youths of the club on 1st July. Now that shouldn’t come as any great sur-prise to the parents of any of the youth’s in the club because we have been plan-ning this day out with the members since the beginning of May and assuming that you the parents/guardians completed the consent form and returned it with the rel-evant fee, by the deadline set May 26th, you will be already aware that we’re tak-ing them to an Adventure Park for the day. I don’t know who’s more excited about this epic adventure because I’m hearing a lot of certain individuals who are planning on getting wet, wild and dirty (and they’re just the volunteers escorting the members) so hopefully we will get some responsible parents/guardians attending also to keep an eye on them and make sure they all be-have themselves. Enjoy..We are very fortunate to have the space in the Coláiste to run our Youth Club and on that note we would like to thank the Man-agement and Staff of Coláiste na hInse for facilitating us in using this hall. Also due to the popularity and success of the club and with large numbers attending every week we need more volunteers to ensure the continued success of our club. If you are interested, call in and see us on any Friday night in between 8.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. when we’re open. We would really like to see more Youth Leaders par-ticipating in our club. If you feel you’re too old to be a member, you’re probably the right age to become a Youth Leader. You will receive all the rel-evant training in leadership skills neces-sary. Apart from other benefits just think how good that will look on your CV. Ad-vance Notice: Please bear in mind the last club night be-fore we close for the summer break is 23rd of June. §Print & DesignFlyersBooksBookletsInvitationsCardsPostersSignageProvidingProfessionalPrint Services to The Meath Coaster Since 2009OPEN9am - 5pmweekdaysA5 Colour Flyers2,500 - €1255,000 - €17510,000 - €275* Excludes artwork + VATSpringFlyerOffer19 Fair Street , Drogheda041 980 3135 / 981 0505info@beulahprint.ieExclusive toMeath CoasterReaders!© June 2017 The Meath Coaster8Drogheda Credit Union Mega Car & Cash Prize Draw set for JuneHow would you like to win a brand new Toyota Corolla or one of 10 cash prizes ranging from €1000 to €2500 this June? Here is why a Credit Union Car Loan is better…..• Unlike a PCP you own the car from the outset• You can sell the car on at any time• You can borrow for the full amount • There are no hidden fees, admin charg-es, transaction charges, set up costs or balloon payments • The interest you pay on a credit union loan is the full cost of the loan so it is fully transparent• Credit union interest rates are fair and reasonable and capped by law• Repayments are calculated on your re-ducing balance, so you pay less interest with each repayment• Your credit union loan is insured in the event of your death - subject to terms, conditions and eligibility criteria - at no direct cost to you. • You can pay off your loan early, make additional lump sum repayments or in-crease your regular repayments, without a penalty. Other lenders may charge you extra for paying them back faster! So if you would like to upgrade your car or maybe purchase your first vehicle drop into a branch or start your application on-line at www.droghedacu.ie.
