St. Mary’s Church of Ireland will hold the annual Blessing of Animals Service on Sunday 17th October at 2pm in the Church car park. The Service will last no more than 20 minutes and if the weather is wet, you can remain in the car. If it is a good day and you feel unable to stand for 20 minutes, please bring along a folding chair. Everyone is very welcome.
On Sunday 24th October at 10.30am the service will be focussed on Climate Action. Churches in Ireland have been asked to take this opportunity in the lead up to the COP26 conference in Glasgow to think once more about the effect of climate change throughout the world and our part as stewards of creation in helping to improve matters. All very welcome to this as well”.
